ADRA believes that access to quality education is a basic human right. But right now, only *63% of grade 1 students in Lao even reach grade 5. This has made primary education a top development *priority for the government. In line with this and the , which aims to have all boys and girls complete a full course of primary education, the objective of our education program is to work towards improved equitable access to and improved quality of primary education in targeted rural areas.
