Born and raised in Australia, Grant became country director of ADRA in Lao PDR in 2007. Prior to this, he worked with ADRA Australia as International Program Manager and International Program Director. Grant has 12 years of development experience, including 4 years with ADRA in Cambodia. He is a family man with 2 young boys, aged 1 and 5, that keep him busy.

Keopalina, or Tui as she is commonly known, has been a part of the ADRA Lao PDR team for more than 8 years. Before working with ADRA, she worked as an Auditor with the globally recognised firm Price Waterhouse Coopers. Tui, who recently completed her Masters degree, is also a mother of 2 kids under 6, and is happily married.

Originally from former Yugoslavia, Karmen moved to Australia in 1993 with her family. Before becoming Programs Director in Laos, she was Programs & Planning Director with ADRA India and has over 6 years of experience with ADRA, starting in Australia as International Programs Coordinator managing programs throughout the Asian-Pacific region. Karmen lives in Vientiane with her husband.

A seasoned administrator with over 40 years experience, Bill is based in Singapore as President of the SE Asia Union Mission for the Seventh-day Adventist Church. Bill has been associated with ADRA for more than 7 years, serving on the board of both ADRA New Zealand and ADRA Lao PDR
